A partnership between the Mayor of London and City to Sea, the Refill London scheme encourages London’s many restaurants, cafes and businesses to offer free refills and drinking water fountains - making it easier for Londoners and visitors to the capital to refill on the go. This has provided over 4,600 refill points across the city, up from approximately 200 when the programme started in March 2018.
